Codelite

What is Codelite and what is it used for?

CodeLite is one of the best IDEs for developing code on Ubuntu. It allows you to manage, quickly and easily, multiple projects adding different functionalities such as code completion, navigation through source files and syntax highlighting. Today it supports integration with Cscope, UnitTest++ (an interactive debugger mounted on GDB and a code editor based on Scintilla) and Subversion. Its code completion system is compatible with all supported languages in the IDE, reporting in real time the errors made in the lines of code and making use of XDebug while you work. It is one of the preferred choices of programmers working with C+ and C++, as CodeLite allows them to simplify the process of creating code.

Who is Codelite aimed at?

Programmers and development teams.
