To help organizations gather actionable insights, Ideawake enables companies to create challenges to outline specific goals and gather specific information from employees, customers, and suppliers on specific areas of innovation. Invitations can be open or closed to collect public feedback or limit invitations to internal team members, and each specific topic can only be addressed by a department, customer list, or vendor type. Guest participants can submit their ideas through the Ideawake platform according to the challenge guidelines, and other participants can refine the submitted ideas through feedback, live chat, public voting, and analysis of selected groups.
