What is Smartfile and what is it used for?

With SmartFile you receive email notifications that inform you about the file and user activity. Don’t wait all day for that load; we’ll let you know. All files are protected in transit with no less than 128-bit encryption and are stored at rest using 256-bit AES encryption.
Roles can be assigned to allow administrators to create users and configure access and permissions without IT interaction. In addition, SmartFile complies with the security and privacy requirements of all electronic health data transactions as required by the HHS.
