What is Softram Ierp and what is it used for?

SofTram iERP is the ideal software for Medium and Large Enterprises, because based on a standard proposal of 19 functions applicable to any company, it can be transformed or expanded to meet all the needs of your Company, through its extensive parameterization or developing additional functionality.

There’s no limit to this. It is a software solution that integrates all areas of the company through a single database and a single user interface. Overview of the functionality of each SofTram iERP Module:

  • Sales and Billing: Records sales, optionally, from the Quote to the Invoice, reducing stock online, if determined.
  • Sustomers: It allows you to know the level of debt of the Customers of the Company, based on the Charges (Billing) and Credits (Collection).
  • Surchases: Control purchases from the Purchase Order, if applicable, to the receipt of the Products and Services supported by the Supplier’s Guides and Invoices.
  • Suppliers: Allows you to know up to date the level of debt of the Company to its Suppliers, based on the Charges (Receipt of Invoices) and Credits (Payments).
  • Stock: Indicates online the level of stock, by product, cellars, families, etc. allowing to predefine the types of movement.
  • Sanks: SofTram iERP records actual and projected bank transactions (income, expenditure, transfers), allowing bank reconciliation.
  • Semuneration: Calculation of Workers’ Salary Liquidations, with data export to Related Entities (Previred, Banks, Compensation Funds, etc.)
  • Sccounting: All the Company’s transactional information is accountably centralized to generate its current Financial Statements, which are a basis of information for decision making.
